I had a cracked and infected wisdom tooth removed (by an excellent specialist surgeon due to complications) on 15th March 2017. The first time I visited Toothpaste (my new dentist) was because today, at the 10 day mark since surgery, I had concerns that I might have an infection, due to some unusual and unexpected symptoms which appeared late yesterday. The specialist surgeon was closed, being a Saturday. I phoned Toothpaste at around 09.30 and was seen at 11.45.
Dr Caroline Gehlhaar - the dentist I saw - was kind, professional and knowledgeable, providing a thorough assessment and prognosis. Fortunately no infection and Dr Caroline clearly explained the nature of my symptomatology, and why I was experiencing things as they were.
Claire - the Practice Manager - is the best such Dental PM I have ever come across by a significant margin. Very good across a number of criteria.
My wife saw Dr Tom Morrison earlier this week, for the first time, for a routine check up and clean and was also very impressed with her experience.
The ambience and decor at the practice is superb. Free parking is easily available close by in the shopping centre carpark. A pharmacy is next door, with Coles and fuel nearby.
So grateful for prompt assistance with what could have been a nasty health issue. Thank you.
