- David Williamson Added April 22, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in there today and ordered a 3 piece box, The Hot and Spicy was so dehydrated and look as if it had shrunk a little. I took it back and asked for Original Recipe instead. It was exactly the same. They must have been serving chicken that had been sitting there a long time. I have never had an experience like this at a KFC. The manager wasn't making sure the staff were maintaining good quality control.
- Graham Holman Added March 03, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Used the KFC app for the first time for a supposed express service, arrived in store tapped the app saying I was in store, paid at the store all going well, that's where the whole thing fell down. After waiting 15 mins to get my order after 6 orders were filled that were ordered after me, when they finally realised they had missed my order that was sitting in the counter for them mins going cold, I had to ask for fresh chips and didn't even get an apology for the delay. What an exceptional experience I had. Good work Benowa!!
