- uppingham1966 Added November 26, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Dr Charles Chabert and his staff , Donna and Olivia, have been extremely helpful, informative, kind, considerate and professional during my recent prostate issues. Charles is a superb communicator and was able to help me fully understand all my problems. He then ensured that all my surgical and non-surgical options were crystal clear to me and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions . The treatment information pack I was given following my consultation was 1st class....everything was clearly laid out and easy to follow from hospital admission to costs to my 5 week post-operative review. My surgical outcome was completely within the range of recovery that he had predicted and that I had expected and whilst I may well require further help in the future, this would then be part of a planned and progressive treatment plan. Satisfied patient? Absolutely!
